Help
Hi everyone,
I ran into an issue today and could use some advice from experienced sellers.
I generated a USPS shipping label for a sold item on eBay, but when I went to the post office, they told me the package is too large for USPS to ship. They said I need to use FedEx or UPS instead.
My main question is: How do I correctly cancel the unused USPS label on eBay to get a refund, so I can purchase a new label with the correct carrier?
If anyone has been through this process:
· What are the specific steps to void the label for a refund?
· Is there a time limit to cancel it?
· Are there any pitfalls I should avoid

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

I would buy the UPS label on Pirateship.com. It's going to cost MUCH more than $99 to ship it. You can't ask the buyer for more $ for shipping.
Be sure to pack well. You can buy insurance on the label on Pirateship.com They charge the same prices as eBay but the customer service is better if you do have to file an insurance claim.
Then be sure to manually add the tracking to the order if you don't link the accounts.
