Help!!!!
Who do i contact besides the buyers .
I've bought 2 hcus for my 2003 ford f150 fx4.
The first one was not 4w abs as described and was in horrible shape had to send it back .
Ordered another one from a different seller got a completely different part not for my truck and it's broken up and rusting in the electric components.
It's been a month now with out my truck and something need to be done

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

OP10 months agoI understand that but this is the second time I've got the wrong part and it's destroyed .
Can I contact ebay themselves so we can make sure I get what I've paid for I own a small business and I need my truck for it .I've been down for about a month now and the bill company's dont care that it's ebay fault.
They are supposed to have a right fit guarantee.
I've received 2 wrong parts and both were broken. Somethings got to give here. You know?

You can contact eBay, but eBay cannot assure you what a seller might ship, because eBay never sees what sellers have in stock or what sellers actually send.
eBay's guarantee says that you get what you ordered or you get your money back -- not that sellers never make mistakes or that items never get damaged in shipping.
