Hello, I just made a listing and added a subtitle but didn’t realize there was a cost for using a subtitle and don’t remember seeing a warning or anything, is there any way I could get a refund from that? Also for whatever reason I can’t figure out how to just like directly contact eBay, not on here about things like this.

You can try asking for a courtesy refund.
To speak to customer service, use the link on this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
