    Subject: Funds Still on Hold After 21 Days – Order July 28

    Hello,

    I sold an item on July 28, 2024, and shipped it using an eBay label. Tracking shows “Shipped,” and the buyer has confirmed they received the card and left positive feedback.

    However, the order still says “Funds available within 3 days of order delivery” and remains on hold. Since it has now been more than 21 days, the funds should have been released automatically.

    Could you please manually release the funds for this order and check if there’s an issue with my account that’s preventing payouts?
