Help!
I have an order where the payout amount was supposed to be $28.35 and I was only paid $9.69. I want to speak/text a human and cant figure out how. I would initiate a dispute but cant figure out how either!

Before you try to speak with eBay I suggest checking the transaction history on this page over on the right in the Recent activity file. It will show transactions that you can open to see the details, etc. Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
If you can't figure out what happened then perhaps eBay might be able to explain it to you, we have no account access here so cannot help in that regard.
