Help
I recently transacted with @Dolls4Kids and was completely dissatisfied. The dolls neck was not jointed correctly so she was always staring downward. I reached out to the store and they wanted me to try and fix her myself. They gave me some vague instructions on how to do it. I tried but it didn’t help. I didn’t really feel like it’s a customer’s place to try and fix a defective product in the first place. They offered an $8 refund - I paid $55. When I reached out to them again and asked them to please just replace it because I didn’t want any monetary refund I really liked the doll and just would like to have one that had been assembled better they went radio silent. I’m not really sure that there’s anything anyone can do to help. I just wanted to forewarn people who might be shopping at their store that they may or may not get a good quality product and they may or may not get adequate help with their purchase if you have a problem.

Mentor3 years agoYou can leave appropriate feedback for the seller to let other buyers know.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
