How do I talk to a human being at ebay? The AI assistant cannot help me. I purchased an item that is local pickup only and the seller will not respond to me. I have sent four messages. When I called to talk to an agent the AI assistant said there was no one available.

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
