I need to talk with somebody about two defective items. They are fake. The seller refused my returns and I am in eBay spiral hell looking for a number to call. There is no phone, no email. I am in automated hell. I need to talk with someone. This is ridiculous.

If you filed a "not as described" return within thirty days, the seller can either refund you or provide for return shipping and refund upon return. If the seller does not cooperate, you should be able to ask eBay to step in after three business days.
