Hello, I need help because I am new how a seller on eBay. After my first sale, I received exactly the amount eBay gave me in my order earnings detail. But on my second sale, my order earning was $20.24, but I only had a payout of $11.06.

Sample:

What your buyer paid:

subtotal: $25.00

shipping: $4.62

sales tax: $2.44

order total: $32.06

What you earned:

Order total: $32.06

eBay collected from buyer (sales tax): -$2.44

selling costs:

transaction fees: -$4.76

shipping label: -$4.62

order earnings: $20.24

But I only received for this sale $11.06

Could someone help me understand the calculations for sales payments on eBay?

Go to Seller Hub > Payments > Payouts > Payout ID and see what all was deducted in that Payout.
