Hi
How do I go about cancelling an order?
I drop ship from Amazon, unfortunately when I reach out to purchase the item they don't ship to Puerto Rico at all
I can't locate the exact item anywhere else either so I have no choice now than to cancel
Would this affect my drop shipping store??

If you are offering items that you buy directly from Amazon to ship to the buyer, that is against eBay policy. Of course this is mentioned in 2 articles:
Drop shipping is allowed on eBay if you own the items prior to listing or have an agreement with a wholesale supplier to list and sell their items. A user agreement from another retailer or marketplace does not fulfill this requirement.

Mentor1 year ago@therrycam1stopshop You need to cancel the sale as out of stock from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS . This will refund the buyer. You do get a defect for canceling using this reason. Buyer may leave negative feedback so best to apologize to the buyer for your mistake before you cancel the order.
Are you following eBay's DropShipping Policies? You can not sell and item and then buy it on Amazon and have them ship to your buyer.
You CAN use Fulfilled by Amazon where you own inventory in the Amazon warehouse and they ship for you.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
