I ordered a kit from scencer_team i have message them several times trying to get 4 items that were missing from my package they keep giving me accuse or not responding i jist want the four items i am missing that is it they want me to buy a whole nother kit or paid for the return why should i have to pay for the return so i didnt know where to go from here if i could get help i would greatly appreciate it thank you

Sorry your order is missing pieces. eBay can not force the seller to send the missing pieces but they CAN make the seller pay return shipping for your order and then refund 100%. Don't let the seller stall you as you ONLY have 30 days from the date of delivery to file the not as described return request.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. or missing parts/ pieces

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
