My experience with this seller was extremely frustrating. I made my payment on October 31, and by December 8, I noticed that the product had not arrived at the importadora. When I inquired with the seller, the status of the product was mysteriously changed to "delivered" on December 9. Living in another country, I waited for the package, but it never arrived at Saspy in Miami. On January 7, I reached out to the seller again, but due to translation difficulties, he accused me of being a scammer. I contacted the importadora again, and they provided a signed document from the manager confirming that the product had not arrived. The seller instructed me not to send any more messages and refused to respond. In all my years on eBay, I have never encountered such poor treatment from a seller who did not even bother to contact the shipping company or the importadora to check on the issue. He allowed the eBay return period to expire, preventing me from receiving a refund.I have documented proof of everything I've stated for anyone who wishes to see it. I hope the seller resolves this issue quickly; otherwise, I cannot recommend him to anyone and urge others to be cautious with any transactions with him.
