I was sent a faulty dvd that was bootleg anyone have the direct link so ebay can step in and resolve since seller won't refund or send original

Mentor1 year agoYou have 30 days from receipt of an item to file an "Item not as described" case. The seller must accept the return and provide a prepaid return label. Once the item is returned they have 48 hours to refund you in full.
This is an automated process and eBay really does not get involved unless the seller will not refund after the item has been returned.
