I purchased something couple month ago, and then seller sent me message that she has to have a surgery.

So asked me a time for delay shipping.

I was not in hurry to receive the product, so I accepted that offer.

But after 3 month, I still haven't received it.

So I tried to email her, but ebay removed my email says that it unvalued message.

I also tried to contact ebay for refund, but if it passed 90days, I can't do anything(which I didn't know that)

I mean there is no choice to connect an agent.

So my question is is there any way that I can still get my money back or contact ebay agent or phone number? Please let me know if somebody know about it.

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. (not 90) There is nothing you can do now through Ebay.

Never let a seller stall you beyond the 30 days from estimated date of delivery. Since you let that deadline pass, your only options are to file a dispute through Paypal (if you used Paypal) or contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
