I have been trying for three days to actually talk to someone at eBay. I have fraud charges on my account. Does anyone have any idea how to talk to a real person

If there are purchases in your eBay Purchase History that you did not make, change your eBay password, check your contact details for any changes you did not make and then contact eBay using the link here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196
If the charges do not appear in your eBay Purchase History but do appear on a credit card statement, contact your card issuer to dispute the charges and get a new card number issued.
