HELP
First time on ebay
put a ski on auction cuz I thought that was the way to do it
now the thing sold without me being able to not go with the price and im expected to
ship it and sell it for $26. Hell no. That won't even pay shipping barely. What do I do??? I don't want buyer mad
but it's a $600 thing. Said I'd go cheap but not that cheap.

Mentor2 years ago@wolfg5263 Never start an auction for less than you are willing to sell the item for if you get just ONE bid.
I see you have another item with a starting bid of .99 cents, you need to revise that listing to a starting price you are happy with if you get just one bid.
The only thing you can do now is contact your buyer apologize for making a newbie mistake ( one that I see too many new sellers make) . Hopefully the buyer won't leave a negative feedback if you apologize before canceling.
Next you cancel the sale as OUT OF STOCK from the drop down menu next to the sold item on this page>

You will receive a defect for canceling this way, so be VERY careful to not make this mistake again or you can lose your account.
The cancelation will start the refund process.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
