Help!
I have a seller that never mailed my purchase. It was 3 months before I realized it. When I contacted them they admitted they forgot to send it and would do so. It’s now been another 3 months. I’ve been sending them messages about twice a week, but they haven’t responded since they first admitted their fault. My guess is they saw it was outside the window for making a claim. Is there anything I can do to get justice?

Mentor2 years agoeBay gives buyers thirty days from the last estimated delivery date to start an "item not received" claim. Once that time has passed, eBay can no longer help.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase for items that are not received.
