Hi -
I can't get into my account - the system has my old phone number to verify me...however, my phone number has changed - I have tried everything to sort it out....but with no success.....can you help ??? -

Mentor3 years agoMake sure you are starting on the UK site and try to sign in.
Use the "Need help signing in?" link on the page where you enter your password.
If you choose the password reset option there should be a link to contact eBay for users having problems signing in that leads to a chat option.
