Can someone please help.. I have sold an item and I paid additional fees for insurance and next day air shipping... I hand delivered the package at the post-office in Collinsville illinois even though it was supposed to be dropped off In Olney illinos.. nun the less now this Is like almost 2 weeks later and the buyer hasn't received the package and post office tracking is saying it is still awaiting package for shipment at the post office Olney IL. @everyone

Mentor2 years agoYou should have handed the package to a clerk at the post office for scanning. It's been many years since I used Express shipping, and the last time I did, the clerk printed out a receipt outlining the Guarantee. P.O.s in this area require that packages for Express shipping must be delivered by 2pm in order for the package to go out that day. Has the tracking been updated yet?
