Help!
I ordered an oculus from a seller and it was supposed to be 128gb ended up being 64gb and I went to ask for a partial refund but clicked start a return and he started the return process with a shipping label… I don’t want to send it back so how do we get around that? He offered to send me money back but can’t because he sent the shipping label?

Mentor3 years agoAFAIK, the seller has one chance to offer a partial refund. Since it appears he did not do that, but offered to accept the return, you print the label and send the item back. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. Then purchase the item from another seller.
