Mentor2 years agoYou are too late for ebay or the payment processor for that matter to help you in any way. Neither have anything to do with warranties or what the seller says is a warranty. This has always been strictly between the you and the seller and/or the manufacturer, unless you purchased a separate warranty yourself.
If the seller is an authorized dealer, then the manufacturer will likely assist you, especially if you registered the the product with them. Otherwise, it is just a seller warranty, who you'd have to take to court if they don't want to honor there contract of one with you.

Mentor2 years agoEbay doesn't get involve in warranty issues pass 30 days, it is between you and the seller and/or manufacturer. If under 180 days, the payment processor may be able to help.

OP2 years agoI bought this water pump with 3 years warranty, I select this vendor because because the warranty. Now they don't answer to my request of warranty, apparently they are still in business with ebay but they don't answer...What to do is my question?
I fugure if I report them to Ebay they will take care of it as I am a member of ebay and expect them to back me up on this. This has nothing to do with the 30 days from Ebay.
I believe this seller uses the 3 year warranty to lure a buyer like me into purchase their product and when it fail under warranty they don't want to honor the warranty they offer.
