No estimated time when it will arrive , I've messaged seller to see when they will ship and no answer what can I do ? This is ridiculous

Mentor3 years agoYou'll see the estimated delivery date in your Purchase History.
A seller's handling time can be anywhere from 1-30 days, so the fact that he hasn't shipped within a few days may be what you expect. The item listing often tells you the seller's handling time.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
Until the estimated delivery date passes, there is no action to take.
