Hello selling for the first time got a an auction bid with no pay
Hello so the guy bid and won the auction.... no pay no communication i check his feedback and 1/2 are complaining of no pay but they say ebay only allows positive feedback and no negative. I suspect this is an ebay worker. So i relisted and moved on. Strange stuff.

You think a potential eBay buyer is an "ebay worker" because they have "many negative reviews about non-payment".
What do you mean by "reviews"?
You can't mean Feedback because eBay does not allow negative feedback to be left for any eBay buyer.
From what I know of eBay, if eBay's management knew that any of their employees was purchasing things on eBay and not paying for them, I don't think that employee would remain employed by eBay for much longer.

The buyer can only receive positive feedback.
Ebay only sees the positive feedback, not the comments unless the negative comments within a positive are reported to Ebay in which case Ebay would remove the comment that is in violation of Ebay feedback policy, they would not take action against the buyer.
I noticed that you relisted the item when it has been only 3 days since end of auction. If the original buyer decided to pay today, you would have to end the auctionin order to sell to the original buyer.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf there is no payment by day 4, you can file a Cancellation for Buyer Didn't Pay. That will record an unpaid transaction on the buyer's account. Two of those and the buyer will find it difficult to bid/buy from sellers who Block buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions, and that will be for 12 months.

Mentor3 weeks agoDo not relist. Buyers have 4 days to pay and you don't want to have 2 paid items and only one to ship. eBay does only allow positive feedback to be given to buyers. This is correct and negative words with a positive feedback can lead to trouble for the seller. Nothing about your question is strange.
So wait the 4 days. Once that time has passed, you will see an option to cancel the transaction and relist. This gives the buyer a strike; 2 of those in a year will keep them from bidding for a year. Never relist until you perform this crucial step. @textusreceptus
