if selling on eBay with an LLC do I need a resellers license and or what other requirements are there ? how to get reseller license in NC ? thank you.

eBay doesn't require you have a reseller's license

You will need a Business Checking Account in the LLC name

To get the business checking account, you may need an EIN from the IRS

NC may or may not require a sales tax permit (resellers license).

Usually those are needed if you are purchasing your inventory without paying sales tax.
