Hello, my package was delivered at the wrong address according to the tracking information

Hello, my package was delivered to the wrong zip code address according ro the tracking information.

I contacted the seller, but he told me that once he ships the product, it is out of his hands, he can't do nothing about it.

I don't know what ro do since Ebay doesn't have any information about this kind of issue.

The seller is financially responsible for the actions, inactions, negligence of the carrier, Acts of God while the carrier has the item, or anything that prevents delivery to the shipping address you gave except your actions inactions etc. (e.g. refusing delivery). If the item is not delivered to your address (eBay will assume it is if tracking shows delivery to the same zipcode) you are entitled to a full refund under the Money Back Guarantee. Go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. You might have to contact Customer Service to point out the zipcode discrepancy. You might have to wait until the estimated delivery date you were given at payment has passed. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
