If you are trying to contact a seller about the shipping cost, this is not the place to do that. On the listing for the magazine is a Contact seller button. That is what you need to use to ask the seller about the shipping cost.
When you click on the Contact seller button a pop up will open with questions including shipping, skip that and click on the Contact seller button. THat will open another popup that has a box in it saying
[Send Message] and to the right an attach photos symbol
put your cursor over the upper send message and start typing when you are done use the lower send message button. If the seller replies in the upper right of an ebay page is a Bell symbol when it gets a " 1 " over it, that will be the seller's reply.
