I'm contacting you through this channel because I contacted the seller, but they didn't respond, and they blocked my account. My order number is 261385104448. I hope you can help me. OP9 months agoMy item arrived on December 2nd. I made the purchase from another account, which uses the email address m21149070@gmail.com. When I realized my package was marked as delivered but I hadn't received it, I contacted the seller with my order number, 261385104448. My delivery address is Micaela Montero, 8366 NW 68th, MCD-86344, Miami, FL 33195-2890. I didn't receive my order; the item ID is 306492513011. That was the item I purchased, and I couldn't receive it.

Mentor9 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
