    Hello, I'm a new seller, 8 drafts, now I can't uplaod pictures
                     

    Hello, I'm a new seller, I have 8 items on Draft already, all of the sudden, I can't uplaod pictures. It kept asking for JPEG file when uplaoding new pictures, all my pictures are JPEG and 1:1 ratio square format. I've switched and tried out from different phones for new pictures and tried laoding them from different laptops, no help at all. Please advise. Thank you so much !
