Hello I what to know if a buyer Send me an offer. Do I pay for the shipping or does the buyer?
For example, I had baby shark sunglasses for kids and then the buyer offered me three dollars when I had it for four dollars and I’m OK with that and now how do I send it if it’s for the shipping I know how to do that but the problem is that that is the buyer pay for the shipping or do I even when I had a three dollar and 70 something cents For shipping

When it comes to offers, shipping is not negotiable. What the shipping is in your listing now, is the shipping the Buyer needs to pay plus the $3 offer amount.
