Hello I sold an item and after person purchased and paid shipping they asked if they could pick up
Hello I sold an item and purchased paid for item and shipping . They then asked if they can pick item up locally . How can I prove they received item when they pick up ?

Mentor2 years ago@kro084 You can't since your buyer didn't choose local pick up.
1. Your choices are let the buyer pick up and just mark as shipped. Hope they don't file a not received refund request.
2. OR cancel the sale, refund the buyer, relist with Local Pick Up ONLY so the buyer can pay again. The buyer then receives a code that you can enter on the eBay app by selecting arrange pick up.
3. OR you go ahead and ship so you have tracking.
Since it's a lower cost sale you might want to just go with option one.
