Hello, I purchased AVG mobile antivirus for Android on eBay a week ago and have been tracking the shipment. The seller stated that the item would be shipped between August 28 and August 31; however, today is September 3, and my AVG antivirus shipment still hasn't arrived. It was supposed to be shipped via USPS. Huseyin Tatli

Mentor1 month agoAre you sure that the item was supposed to be shipped to you?
It may be a digital download. Check your eBay messages or email to see if he sent it to you that way.

Mentor1 month agoIf your item hasn't arrived and the estimated delivery date has passed, you can report that you didn't receive it to the seller for help.
Go to your Purchases and find the item.
Select More actions beside the item and then I didn't receive it.
Check the box for I'd like a refund or I'd still like the item.
Enter any additional information and select Send request.
The seller should respond within 3 business days with an update, replacement, or refund. To be eligible for buyer protections, report the item as not received within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.
If the seller doesn't respond or resolve the issue within 3 business days, you can ask eBay to step in and help by going to your Purchases, selecting See request details, and then Ask eBay to step in and help.
If your item arrives after reporting it, you can close your request in your Purchases to let the seller know the issue is resolved.
