Hello. I need to return a wrong item until today...I didnt receive the pre paid shipping label.

Hi. I`m exhausted trying contact a seller.

He sent me a wrong item , accept the return, told me he asked EBAY for the pre-paid shipping label and I didn`t receive it.

Today is the last day to return and I`m still waiting the pre paid shipping label.

Is there any way to talk to Ebay about it ? Thank you.

Two questions. Did the seller already refund you? If so, then no return label will be available for you to return the item. Did you open an "Item not as described" case? If so. go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in". eBay will then force a refund from the seller without requiring a return.
