First of all this is NOT eBay, it is a volunteer member to member support forum. We do not have access to your account. Next, your post is confusing, you state your card doesn't work but they took money from your account ... would you kindly tell us WHAT account they took money from? Bank account? PayPal account?

You either purchased the item or you didn't, check your Purchase history, is there a purchase for the phone there???
