I WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR 1 SERVIVE. HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING REFUNDED FOR 2 OF THE PAYMENTS? I CANNOT FIND THE INFO I NEED!!

I am confused. You say Non-ebay in your title. If this is not an ebay purchase, you need to contact Paypal and they can help you. If this is an ebay item, you can go to your Purchase history, locate the item, click CONTACT SELLER, and explain what happened so they can refund you.

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
