Hello. I have a big problem
My item was refused to be shipped forward, but I am not from USA, so I cannot contact any individual help. Only chat bot is available, which does not help. Maybe someone knows the email address of eBay help?

You are located in Serbia. If the seller does not ship to Serbia, are you using a freight forwarder/reshipper with the USA address? If so, the seller should not refuse to ship to that address. His/her obligation is over when tracking shows Delivered.
