Hello, I have 2 items that need combined shipping. 1 of, 1 is waiting for buyer to pay
They were both best offer. 1 item is paid. 2nd item buyer is waiting to pay. How do I combine shipping for them?

Mentor8 months ago@fisherflipflop You can't reduce the shipping price with an invoice on Best Offer items. The shipping remains the same as stated on the listing.
The buyer will have to pay for the items and then be refunded for the shipping over charge.
#1 If the buyer has already paid then you can send a partial refund for the shipping overcharge:
Go to the sold item and select Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the item.
Next screen select the reason for the refund> enter the amount> submit
#2 Also, when you print the shipping label it's VERY important to select all items and then select print label from the top of the list if the buyer did not pay from an invoice. Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items.
# 3 I suggest you allow combined shipping in your account settings so that in the future buyers can request an invoice from their cart:

The following is based on BOTH items being paid for by the Buyer and that they did NOT purchase as a Guest. Guest purchases cannot be combined. Hopefully they pay for the 2nd one before your Handling time expires on the first one or you may get a Late shipping defect on that one. Below is the method I use.
COMBINE SHIPPING:
You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:
-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file
-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels
-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow
-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page
-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.
-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package.
