Hello I buy a iPhone but the seller not ship me

Hello, I bought an iPhone phone and the seller has not sent it, what can I do? If I open a case and then the seller sends the iPhone, the case is closed, but if upon receiving the iPhone I realize that they did not send me the iPhone but something else or an empty box, can another case be opened again? Please help me

@scann-90 eBay has two different refund requests. If the phone doesn't arrive and it's at least a day past the LAST estimated delivery date then you can file a Not Received Refund request. You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

IF the seller does ship something that doesn't match the pictures or description then that's a RETURN request for a not as described item. A return request is the type of case to file if you receive an empty box too. You have 30 days from the date of the delivery to file the return request.

If the seller doesn't refund you OR send a return shipping label after you open the request then you ask eBay to step in and help and eBay will force the seller to refund you.
