Hello i am waiting for an order and contacted the shipper and never received a response

The item said it was supposed to arrive the 24th but wasn't showing ups has received it.

@hvacman83 , You have either bought an item being sold by a foreign seller who uses an international shipping partner of UPS and were given a UPS tracking number that will not update until the item reaches this country, clears customs then is handed off to UPS. OR You bought from a new seller who is not aware of ebay's 30 day hold that is placed on all new seller's first few payments. They may have purchased a shipping label which would generate a tracking number, but because your payment is marked as Pending on their account, they have not shipped the item yet. To find out if this is the case go to your seller's feedback profile page, and on it click on the as a seller button to see if they have any feedback for selling or if their last one for selling was received over a year ago. returning sellers run into the hold too. Often new/returning sellers do not reply to messages about shipping because they do not think they have been paid yet, and you are attempting to scam them somehow. If yo find that the seller is a new or returning one, try contacting them again. Tell them if they have not shipped because of the payment's Pending status, to do a Google search for: "Payments on hold, ebay" and that if they do that they will find out how ship the item and to get the funds released.
