Hello. How can I get help when Ebay is refunding me, but my credit car recently got blocked?

I never received my items and eBay close the case because there was not delivery proof either. But how to explain to Ebay that my credit card got blocked and how I will get my money back?

In order to get a refund as a buyer for an item not received it is necessary to start an "item not received" case with eBay. If the seller does not provide tracking that shows delivery, the buyer must ask eBay to step in after three business days. If the buyer does not ask eBay to step in within twenty-one business days, eBay closes the case without a refund.

If you have waited too long or your case has been closed, eBay can no longer help. But you may still have recourse through your payment method. Contact your card issuer directly. eBay can refund the money back to the bank account the card was connected to even if the card is no longer active.
