Hello everyone, if the seller neither ships nor refunds, what should I do? We bought bamboo seeds and requested a refund because of the wrong order. The seller does not allow a refund, which is fine, but they keep delaying. The order placed on December 30 has not been shipped yet. We sent them a message, but there was no reply. The seller neither ships nor refunds, what should I do? ?

First, check if the latest estimated delivery date has passed.

Then you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if itâ€™s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.
