Shipping labels - how do I go about getting shipping outside of eBay?

You can purchase them wherever you want to but you must enter the tracking number into the purchase details or eBay will not be able to know when the package was delivered and you will not be able to get your payout. Keep in mind that when you purchase through the eBay shipping center you get a discount on the postage (except for media mail). Also, eBay automatically enters all of the buyers address information onto the label for you with no mistakes. This is especially important if you are shipping Internationally or to the authenticators since important information must be on the label which you may miss.

eBay recently launched a NEW Seller protection when you purchase labels through eBay. Here it is:

eBay launched a new Seller Protection for sellers who print their labels through eBay. If a Seller loses a Buyerâ€™s claim that they did not receive their item and refunded the Buyer then eBay will reimburse the Seller IF the package is delivered later and tracking confirms the delivery.

You can google postage sites and find pirate ship, stamps.com, etc.
