Hello,
Nobody contacted me regarding this delivery, and I never received any notification about picking up the package. All my other ordered items arrived without any issues. I do not want to wait any longer.
Please refund my money.

-What does the eBay tracking say on the item in your Purchase history? Purchases | Myebay | eBay
-Do you normally have packages held for pick up at the Post Office?
-If tracking does NOT show the item was delivered and you are at least one day past the estimated delivery date you need to file a claim that you did not receive the package via the item in your Purchase history. You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from that estimated delivery date:

-If tracking DOES show delivery but you don't have the package and neither does your local Post Office then the Seller may have scammed you with the False tracking number scam. Do NOT file a claim that you did not receive the package because you will lose the claim if tracking shows delivery.
You need to get a document from the Post Office stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

If for some reason eBay does not refund you then you will have to pursue a dispute with your card company or PayPal. Just know that if you do that eBay will not support you at all if you run into issues with the dispute.
