Hello. Does anyone know how to resolve an issue where a shipment was damaged by UPS?
I shipped a product to a buyer but UPS damaged all the contents. I purchased the label through eBay. I tried to file a claim through UPS but it directed me back to eBay. I refunded the buyer but now I need to get reimbursed for the damages for the package. Any suggestions?
