Hello Buyer purchased 2 items separately, I packaged them together but have 2 labels

I haven't figured out the combined shipping yet so I cancelled the extra label, marked the 2nd item as shipped.

Will ebay acknowledge that both items have indeed been shipped & eventually refund the 2nd label amount?

Normally, I just refund the overage in shipping costs.

From what you posted, it sounds like you need to cancel both labels and start over. You need one label for the combined weight and package size. You can do that in one of two ways:

1. Purchase a label from one of the orders and be sure to adjust the package size and weight. Then add the tracking # to the other order transaction.

2. Use bulk shipping to auto combine the transactions. When you get to the bulk labels page, use the option to combine orders. Again adjust the package size and weight as needed. eBay will assign the same tracking # to both orders. (
