hello: BIG question! how prevent buyer to send you back an item that you have not ship to them??
Hello: BIG question! SELLERS.: how prevent buyer to send you back an item that you have not ship to them?? I had have an Ebay seller's friend who sold XXXX card packs and after the buyer recieved them wanted to return and Ebay accepted the return and REFUND the seller 😞 . Buyer returned to the seller opened & reglue packets, damages, ectcetera. Unfair of course! I Would like to sell some sneakers. Any one have an idea how could mark them out or do something without damage the sneakers..so if the buyer return to me a diferent item i would be able to ask Ebay to step up for me? or open a case again the buyer... thank you for your time and understanding. The buyer is always Right!! 🙂 to all of you have a wonderfull holiday !
