It is not possible for a buyer to pay more for shipping than what was indicated on the listing page and on the checkout page at the time of their payment.

she just asked me about it again. she said she was going to report me to e-bay, i think i will let them get involved.

Again, it is NOT possible for a buyer to pay more than the shipping charges shown on the listing page and at checkout.
Example: If your listing indicated $5 shipping charges and the buyer paid $5, they did NOT "overpay".
Frankly I would ignore them.

OP3 years agothis is what happened, she bought 3 items from me and im guessing she did shipping for ea item, but i shipped them together for a total of 2oz for 3.66 she paid according to the shipping details she paid 14.77 for shipping and wants the difference back,
thoughts!
