Hello, a buyer has video of USPS purposely dropping a package on her doorstep, of course item broke!
Has anyone had this problem. she said she would send me the video if it would help. I still REALLY want to speak with an agent, but I am going around in circles with the automated system.!!!!

There is no need to speak with eBay about this.
Packages incur rough handling all through the shipping, transit, and delivery stages. That includes being dropped, thrown, battered, having heaver packages thrown on top, etc. This is normal handling. If you are not packaging your items to withstand this handling, you need to start packaging better.
You can try opening an insurance claim with USPS. You'll need photos (not a video) of the damaged item, the damaged carton, and the packaging material used to attach to your claim. Also attach a copy of the Order Details page for the transaction.
Ask the buyer to hang onto everything in case USPS wants to inspect it.

In the meantime, you owe the buyer a full refund.
