I cannot figure out why eBay is keeping such a big chunk of my money if I sell a pair of shoes for $70 and pay 10% to eBay for promoting my item why am I only receiving $47 of a $70 order this does not make sense to me and I do not know how to go about doing this. Do I issue the buyer a refund and is that gonna penalize me? There’s anybody know why eBay is keeping so much of the money that I’m making, and am I gonna be penalized for issuing a refund I have not shipped the item yet
