Hello
I am wondering is there a way to reach out to a seller who is not responding to messages on ebay? I have been trying to reach out to a seller since yesterday about a device that was sold to me but I'm not getting a response at all. I am wondering if there is another means to reach out to the seller.

Mentor6 months agoSorry to say but eBay does not require sellers to communicate with buyers and cannot force them to do so. If there is a problem with the item then you need to open a case for an "Item not as described" and this will get their attention.
