eBay shows that you are registered on the eBay U.S. site from the country of Georgia. Within the last year or so, many countries introduced strict safety and packaging regulations. These regulations effect which countries the eBay International Shipping program will ship to.
If you are interested in an item and Georgia is not listed, that item itself cannot be shipped there by this International Shipping program.
